Writing a Gratitude Diary was truly life-changing for me. I know it’s become a bit of a buzzword in the self-help world, but if you’ve never actually done it you’ll be amazed at how powerful it really is once you start. It made me genuinely happier and more aware of all the small, beautiful things around me that I may have otherwise overlooked. Now I find myself feeling grateful throughout the day, without even trying. If you’ve never tried it before, it’s one of the simplest and most effective things you can do, and it’s completely free! Just start with three things each day and see how it transforms your outlook.
