Service Description

A structured 90-minute session designed to consolidate and stabilise the changes created during The Emotional Root Healing Intensive. Deep emotional work creates shifts in identity, nervous system regulation and behavioural patterns. This session ensures those changes are integrated into everyday life. In This Session, We Will: • Review the progress made during the programme • Identify any subtle reactivation of old patterns • Strengthen emotional regulation and response flexibility • Reinforce identity shifts and boundary clarity • Refine your ongoing personal practice This Session Is Designed To: ✔ Prevent quiet regression into old patterns ✔ Strengthen your capacity for self-regulation ✔ Support embodiment of the work ✔ Re-anchor your sense of inner stability It is not ongoing coaching. It is a structured consolidation session for graduates of the 16-week Intensive. When To Book It You may choose to book this session: • 1-3 months after completing the Intensive • During a period of transition or challenge • When you feel old emotional patterns beginning to resurface
